- Pet hair removal is an add-on, not a separate service
- Not happy with something? Tell us and we’ll make it right
- All sales are final
Do trucks and SUVs cost more?
Yes. Trucks and 2-row SUVs are +$15. 3-row SUVs and large vehicles are +$30. You pick your vehicle size when you book, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. VIP is simpler: $89.99/mo for sedans and $99.99/mo for trucks and SUVs, before taxes and fees.
What are add-ons?
Extras you can choose when you book: engine bay detail ($50), seat or floor shampoo ($50 each, $85 for both), pet hair removal ($20) and wax ($50). They’re not separate services; you add them to a package at checkout.
How long does a detail take?
About 1 hour for a Silver Exterior, 1 hr 45 min for a Silver Interior, 2 hr 45 min for the Silver Bundle and about 4 hr 30 min for the Gold Bundle. Bigger or dirtier vehicles can take longer.
Is the VIP price the final price?
No. $89.99/mo is before taxes and fees. All in, it’s about $100 a month for a sedan and about $111 for a truck or SUV, plus a one-time $9.99 setup fee. Checkout shows your exact total before you pay.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final and we don’t offer refunds. If something isn’t right after your detail, tell us and we’ll make it right. Call (904) 528-0075.
